The Starter package is a professionally managed website for seasonal service and contracting businesses that need a clear online presence and a reliable way for customers to inquire about, request, or arrange services.

It is intended for smaller operators that need the essential customer-facing and business workflow foundation without the more advanced automation, scheduling, CRM, staff, and recurring-service capabilities included in Growth and Advanced.

The exact service-request, quoting, payment, and customer workflow is confirmed during onboarding based on the business's actual operating process.

Managed Hosting Capacity

Includes up to 10 GB of live website storage with MDH Standard Managed Performance.

An upgrade to the Growth package is required when either:

• the business requires functionality beyond the Starter package, or
• the website's legitimate hosting or resource requirements exceed the Starter package capacity.

Off-server MDH backups do not count toward the 10 GB live website storage allowance.

Business Email
Includes up to 2 professional email mailboxes, each with 2 GB of storage, plus up to 5 email forwarding addresses using your business domain.

When Growth may be required

Growth is more appropriate when the business requires capabilities such as stronger recurring-service workflows, more advanced scheduling or booking, customer reminders and follow-up, enhanced CRM automation, deposits or more advanced payment workflows, multiple service categories or areas, or greater operational complexity.

Scope

Starter is a defined managed-service package rather than unlimited custom development. Requirements outside the included package scope, unsupported third-party systems, complex integrations, or substantially more advanced operational workflows may require Growth, Advanced, or separate assessment.
