The B2B Wholesale Portal — Starter package provides small and growing product businesses with a professionally managed wholesale website and online ordering system.

It is designed for businesses looking to replace wholesale orders handled through emails, phone calls, PDFs, spreadsheets and repetitive manual follow-up.

Your public product catalogue showcases your business and products, while wholesale pricing and purchasing are restricted to approved buyers.

Managed Hosting Capacity

Starter includes up to 10 GB of live website storage, covering WordPress files, installed software, uploaded media, product images and the website database.

The managed shared hosting environment has a configured per-website resource limit of 1 vCPU and 1 GB RAM. These are resource limits, not dedicated or reserved hardware allocations.

No fixed monthly data-transfer cap applies to normal business website traffic, subject to reasonable use and shared infrastructure capacity.

MDH manages the hosting environment, SSL certificates, supported software updates, security controls, technical maintenance and monitoring.

Backups: Automatic off-server website and database backups use Canadian-region storage, with a configured maximum-age target of 24 hours and retention of up to 30 days. Backups are not continuous and cannot guarantee zero data loss or a particular restoration time.

Off-server MDH backups do not count toward the 10 GB live website storage allowance.

Included Domain

One standard eligible domain registration or transfer is included for the first year with either monthly or annual billing.

Premium domains are excluded. Subsequent domain renewals are billed separately at MDH's applicable renewal rates. Domain registration and transfer remain subject to registry and registrar requirements.

Business Email

Includes:

• 2 professional business email mailboxes, each with 2 GB of storage

• Up to 5 email forwarding addresses using your business domain

Mailbox storage is separate from the website's 10 GB storage allowance. Routine website-generated transactional notifications are supported, subject to applicable sending limits. Bulk email marketing is not included.

Initial Website Implementation

The one-time setup fee covers deployment and configuration of MDH's established Starter wholesale template, including:

• Adaptation of the template using your approved logo, branding, colours and supplied content.

• Up to five standard content pages and two supplied news or blog posts.

• Up to 20 manually entered simple products or one clean client-supplied CSV import of up to 100 simple SKUs.

• Initial organization of up to five product categories and up to three supplied images per product.

• Import of up to 25 supplied wholesale buyer records.

• One standard wholesale pricing structure and configuration of up to two agreed basic ordering rules.

• One simple product-option set with up to three basic fields.

• Up to three shipping zones using up to two standard shipping-method types.

• One supported client-owned online payment gateway and one standard offline payment method.

• The included wholesale application and contact forms, plus one authorized client manager account.

• One consolidated round of in-scope corrections and one 45-minute handover session.

These quantities define the work included in the initial setup, not necessarily the website's permanent software capabilities or product capacity.

The client supplies and approves business information, product data, pricing, tax instructions, shipping rates and applicable policies. The client securely authorizes their own payment-provider connection without sharing account passwords or verification codes with MDH.

Ongoing Technical Management

MDH manages the agreed WordPress environment and supported software stack.

Support requests can be submitted through MDH's ticket system 24/7. Standard staffed support is provided Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time, excluding MDH-observed Canadian holidays.

The standard initial response target is within one business day. Critical outages receive priority during staffed support hours; after-hours assistance is best effort. Resolution times are not guaranteed.

Business operations—including approving buyers, maintaining business data, managing orders, fulfilling purchases and handling customer relationships—remain the client's responsibility.

Additional Features and Capacity

Starter does not include multiple buyer pricing groups, company purchasing hierarchies, advanced approval workflows, complex product configuration, automated accounting synchronization, EDI, ERP integrations, multi-warehouse management or custom API development.

If your business needs additional functionality or hosting capacity, MDH will assess the requirements and recommend an appropriate solution. This may involve separately quoted enhancements, additional infrastructure resources or a package upgrade.

Any additional charges or subscription changes require prior client approval.

The service is governed by MDH's applicable Terms of Service, service specifications and approved implementation scope.
