The B2B Wholesale Portal — Starter package gives small product businesses a professional private ordering portal for approved wholesale buyers.

It is designed for businesses that want to replace wholesale orders received through email, phone calls, PDFs, spreadsheets, or repeated manual follow-up.

Included domain: One standard eligible domain registration or transfer is included for the first year with either monthly or annual billing. Premium domains are excluded. Future domain renewals are billed separately at MDH’s current renewal rate.

Managed Hosting Capacity

Includes up to 10 GB of live website storage with MDH Standard Managed Performance. Managed hosting includes SSL, backups, security, software updates, monitoring, and technical management within the package scope.

An upgrade to the Growth package is required when either:

• the business requires functionality beyond the Starter package, or
• the website's legitimate hosting or resource requirements exceed the Starter package capacity.

Off-server MDH backups do not count toward the 10 GB live website storage allowance.

Business Email
Includes up to 2 professional email mailboxes, each with 2 GB of storage, plus up to 5 email forwarding addresses using your business domain.

The setup and configuration fee covers deployment of the MDH Starter template, client branding, core page configuration, agreed initial product setup, buyer-access configuration, payment and shipping setup, and launch testing.

This package does not include multiple buyer pricing groups, purchasing subaccounts, advanced approval workflows, multi-warehouse inventory, ERP integration, EDI, accounting synchronization, or custom API development. Those requirements may need Growth, Advanced, or a custom proposal.
