Before the walkthrough:
1. Review the FluentBooking answers.
2. Visit the prospect’s current website, if provided.
3. Confirm they sell B2B/wholesale or want to start wholesale ordering.
4. Confirm they have repeat buyers or a realistic path to repeat buyers.
5. Confirm they have products/catalog/pricing that can be structured online.
6. Confirm the main pain point: email orders, spreadsheets, PDFs, phone orders, manual repeat orders, buyer approval, hidden pricing, or customer-specific pricing.

During the walkthrough:
1. Show the B2B Wholesale Portal demo.
2. Focus on buyer login, protected pricing, catalog browsing, ordering flow, and repeat ordering.
3. Ask how they currently approve buyers.
4. Ask how pricing differs between buyers.
5. Ask about minimum order rules, case packs, delivery/pickup/shipping, and taxes.
6. Ask who will manage products/orders after launch.
7. Confirm whether they need a simple MVP portal or custom rules.

Good-fit signs:
- They already have wholesale buyers.
- They receive repeat orders manually.
- Their product list is organized or can be organized.
- They understand monthly managed service value.
- They want MDH to manage setup, hosting, updates, support, and improvements.

Poor-fit signs:
- They only want cheap hosting.
- They have no products ready.
- They want a large custom marketplace immediately.
- They expect complex ERP-level automation in the starter plan.
- They are not willing to pay monthly for managed service.

After the walkthrough:
1. If good fit, send purchase instructions or invoice/payment link.
2. If not ready, send follow-up resources or waitlist them.
3. If custom scope is needed, do not sell the starter plan immediately.
4. Record notes for package fit, target domain, timeline, and next action.
