The B2B Wholesale Portal — Advanced package is designed for wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors that need a complete buyer and staff operations workflow—not only an online catalog.

It provides more control over purchasing users, order approvals, fulfillment responsibilities, account management, customer communication, and operational documents.

Included domain: One standard eligible domain registration or transfer is included for the first year with either monthly or annual billing. Premium domains are excluded. Future domain renewals are billed separately at MDH’s current renewal rate.

Managed Hosting Capacity

Includes up to 40 GB of live website storage with MDH High Managed Performance. Managed hosting includes SSL, backups, security, software updates, monitoring, and technical management within the package scope.

The Advanced package is the highest standard managed tier. If the website’s legitimate hosting or resource requirements exceed the Advanced package capacity, MDH will review the account and determine the appropriate higher-capacity infrastructure arrangement and pricing before any change is made.

Off-server MDH backups do not count toward the 40 GB live website storage allowance.

Includes up to 10 professional email mailboxes, each with 2 GB of storage, plus up to 20 email forwarding addresses using your business domain.

The setup and configuration fee covers deployment of the MDH Advanced template, branding, product and buyer architecture, subaccount and approval configuration, staff roles, CRM setup, fulfillment-document configuration, payment and shipping rules, operator training, and comprehensive launch testing.

ERP, EDI, accounting-platform synchronization, manufacturing or bill-of-materials functionality, complex warehouse transfers, and custom third-party API integrations are not automatically included. These must be assessed and quoted as separate custom work.
